Ces deux modules repr\u00e9sentent la contribution europ\u00e9enne pour cette station lunaire.<\/p>\n<p>Cette station spatiale, une infrastructure habit\u00e9e en orbite lunaire, est l\u2019un des piliers du programme Artemis de la NASA dont l&#8217;objectif est le retour de l\u2019homme sur la Lune d\u2019ici 2024. Elle est men\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration internationale qui comprend actuellement la NASA (Etats Unis), l&#8217;ESA (Europe), la JAXA (Japon) et la CSA (Canada), chaque partenaire \u00e9tant responsable du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments compl\u00e9mentaires qui seront assembl\u00e9s et exploit\u00e9s en orbite autour de la Lune \u00e0 partir de 2024.<\/p>\n\r\n <\/strong>Thales Alenia Space en Italie, ma\u00eetre d&#8217;\u0153uvre du programme, assure la responsabilit\u00e9 de la gestion du programme dans son ensemble, de l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 des produits, de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me, de la d\u00e9finition de l&#8217;architecture fonctionnelle, de toutes les composantes li\u00e9es au facteur humain, des syst\u00e8mes thermiques et m\u00e9caniques, de la structure primaire et de la production des trappes, ainsi que des phases d\u2019Assemblage, d\u2019Int\u00e9gration et de Test. Thales Alenia Space en France est responsable des sous-syst\u00e8mes avionique et logiciels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><strong>A propos d&#8217;ESPRIT :<\/strong>\u00a0Thales Alenia Space en France est ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre du programme. Thales Alenia Space en Italie fournira le tunnel pressuris\u00e9 et les fen\u00eatres, Thales Alenia Space au Royaume Unis contribuera au syst\u00e8me de ravitaillement chimique tandis qu\u2019OHB (en tant que membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe principale) sera en charge des sous-syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques et thermiques des parties non pressuris\u00e9es et du syst\u00e8me de ravitaillement en xenon. S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une comp\u00e9tition ouverte, Thales Alenia Space en Belgique fournira les unit\u00e9s d\u2019interface \u00e9lectrique de HLCS (Remote Interface &amp; Distribution Unit) et des \u00e9quipements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 amplifier les fr\u00e9quences radio (Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers). Thales Alenia Space en Espagne d\u00e9veloppera le transpondeur de communication en bande S et Thales Alenia Space en Italie le transpondeur en bande K.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><strong>A propos du programme Artemis et du retour de l\u2019homme sur la Lune en 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Le programme Artemis se d\u00e9roule en 3 phases : Artemis 1, un vol sans \u00e9quipage pour tester ensemble le syst\u00e8me de lancement spatial et le vaisseau spatial Orion, Artemis 2, un premier vol test avec \u00e9quipage \u00e0 bord du vaisseau spatial Orion et Artemis 3 pour l&#8217;atterrissage des astronautes sur la Lune \u00e0 partir de 2024. Le programme Artemis permettra d\u2019installer des structures durables sur la Lune et en orbite autour de celle-ci pour mener de nouvelles explorations humaines et scientifiques de la surface lunaire. La station spatiale lunaire sera un maillon clef de ce programme : elle servira de point d\u2019\u00e9tape pour les astronautes en route vers la Lune et de laboratoire pour mener des recherches scientifiques et soutiendra ainsi le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une exploration durable de la Lune d&#8217;ici la fin de la d\u00e9cennie. A partir de 2024, il y aura donc deux options pour les astronautes en provenance de la Terre : la premi\u00e8re sera de d\u00e9coller de la Terre pour aller directement se poser sur la Lune, la deuxi\u00e8me sera de s\u2019amarrer \u00e0 la station spatiale \u00e0 bord de la capsule Orion, puis de descendre sur la Lune.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><strong>A propos du r\u00f4le de Thales Alenia Space dans le d\u00e9fi du retour de l\u2019homme sur la Lune<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">D\u00e9j\u00e0 fournisseur des syst\u00e8mes thermom\u00e9caniques pour le module de service europ\u00e9en de la capsule Orion et fournisseur de la contribution de l&#8217;Agence spatiale europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 la station spatiale lunaire avec les modules ESPRIT et I-HAB, Thales Alenia Space est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9e dans la conception du syst\u00e8me d\u2019atterrissage habit\u00e9 de la NASA (HLS-Human Lander System) au sein du consortium men\u00e9 par Dynetics r\u00e9cemment s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par la NASA ainsi que dans VIPER, le rover que la NASA destine \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019eau au p\u00f4le sud de la Lune.\u00a0 De plus, Thales Alenia Space, en partenariat avec OHB, a \u00e9t\u00e9 notifi\u00e9e par l\u2019Agence Spatiale Europ\u00e9enne pour r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude de d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et de faisabilit\u00e9 concernant l\u2019EL3 (European Large Logistic Lander), syst\u00e8me versatile capable de supporter de nombreuses livraisons de cargos et de missions scientifiques sur la surface lunaire d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme ARTEMIS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Source : Press\u00a0<\/em><i>Release<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Airbus attaque Mars<\/h2>\n<p>Airbus, quant \u00e0 lui, a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par l&#8217;ESA pour deux missions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Agence Spatiale Europ\u00e9enne (ESA) a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Airbus la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre de l\u2019Earth Return Orbiter (ERO), qui rapportera pour la premi\u00e8re fois des \u00e9chantillons martiens sur la Terre dans le cadre de la campagne Mars Sample Return. Mars Sample Return (MSR) est la campagne commune de l\u2019ESA et de la NASA qui repr\u00e9sente une nouvelle avanc\u00e9e dans l\u2019exploration de la Plan\u00e8te rouge. Con\u00e7us et r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Airbus, l\u2019ERO et le Sample Fetch Rover (SFR) sont les deux principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments europ\u00e9ens de la campagne MSR. Avant leur lancement depuis la surface de Mars \u00e0 bord du MAV, ces \u00e9chantillons martiens seront stock\u00e9s dans des tubes puis collect\u00e9s par le Sample Fetch Rover, dont la phase d\u2019\u00e9tudes est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en ce moment par Airbus.<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9e en 2026 \u00e0 bord d\u2019Ariane 6, la sonde de six tonnes et six m\u00e8tres de haut, \u00e9quip\u00e9e de panneaux solaires d\u2019une surface de 144 m\u00b2 et d\u2019une envergure de plus de 40 m (parmi les plus grands jamais construits) mettra environ un an pour rejoindre Mars. Elle utilisera un<br \/>\nsyst\u00e8me de propulsion hybride optimis\u00e9, qui associe propulsion \u00e9lectrique pour les phases de croisi\u00e8re et de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration et propulsion ERO.<\/p>\n<p>Le vaisseau spatial ERO est compos\u00e9 du module de retour vers la Terre et d\u2019un module d\u2019insertion en orbite. Le module de retour int\u00e8gre la charge utile de la NASA d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des \u00e9chantillons martiens orbitant autour de Mars, \u00e0 leur confinement et \u00e0 leur livraison sur Terre. Le module d\u2019insertion en orbite est un \u00e9tage \u00e0 propulsion chimique suppl\u00e9mentaire, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 introduire le vaisseau spatial en orbite autour de Mars. Ce module joue un r\u00f4le clef car il permettra de r\u00e9duire la vitesse du vaisseau spatial ERO afin qu\u2019il soit captur\u00e9 par la gravit\u00e9 martienne sur une orbite stable.
